BJMP EC5 Protection and Retirement Fund

EC5 BJMP Protection & Retirement Plan is a package that bundles a 5 PayLife, Participating Plan, with Accidental Death Benefit, five years of Annual Physical Examination and Retirement/Contingency Fund(P100.00) inclusive in the premium earning 4% per year.

This plan guarantees payment of the amount of insurance to beneficiaries incase of the insured’s natural or accidental death while the policy is in force.

EC5 BJMP Protection Plan Specifications Salary deduction for a maximum of 5 years
1. Level amount of coverage from issue age for life
2. Guaranteed cash values credited end of 2nd year, increasing end of each year
3. Accidental Death Benefit(ADB) Rider for issue ages up to age 55 only
4. Annual Physical Examination within 5 years
• Medical History/Physical examination
• Chest X-ray
• Urinalysis
• Fecalysis
• Complete blood count
5. Retirement/Contingency fund

APE available in Starcare-affiliated clinics nationwide(except mall-based clinics; Can be availed of after eight(8) months of continuous payroll deduction. Transferrable to immediate family members, that is, legal spouse, children, parents or siblings of the insured.
